Do the music boxes need batteries?+
No — every Enchantmints music box uses a classic wind-up mechanism. Turn the key on the back panel and the figurine spins as the melody plays. No batteries, no screens, just old-fashioned magic.
Which tune does my box play?+
Every music box plays its own melody — Swan Lake for the ballerinas, Ode to Joy for the kittens, The Sorcerer's Apprentice for the dragons, and so on. The tune and composer are listed in the specifications on each product page, and on most boxes you can press play and hear the actual recording before you buy.
Is the artwork really original?+
Yes. Every Enchantmints design begins as an original commissioned watercolor painting — never clip art or stock illustration. That's why no two themes look alike, and why the boxes feel like keepsakes rather than toys.
What ages are the boxes suitable for?+
Our boxes are recommended for children aged 3 and up. They're built to be used daily — hinged lids, sturdy drawers and a wind-up key that little hands can manage — and they tend to stay on the shelf long after childhood.
Are the tooth fairy boxes musical?+
No — the Tiny Boxes (our tooth fairy keepsakes) are non-musical by design. Each one has a mirrored lid and a soft satin pillow inside: the perfect resting place for a wobbly tooth awaiting the Tooth Fairy, or a first ring.
What sizes do the boxes come in?+
